By company policy, we do not entertain refund on the sale of digital products unless it has mentioned on a published sales page/web page/promotions. The reason is the digital products are much different from physical goods. Unlike physical goods, the return of digital product is a total loss to us. We are not running behind the money, but this will affect us to reach TEN MILLION Startup Flame Tribe mission to do what they love the most. It helps you understand better.

We are a small company and will get back to you in a week time.

The validity of the discount is for one year for a single course only. This discount does not apply to Brand Checkup, Brand Inventive Program, Entrepreneur Engineering and any other future PRO courses. Not applicable for the PRO membership as well.

Yes, if you are still eligible to receive a discount as per our policy.

No, This discount applies to individual and it is not transferable. You can ask your friend to submit his application individually as per the eligibility.

Yes, you will receive an Invoice for every transaction you make on our site.
